Daily Activity

Routine builds confidence. Here is how a day at the centre flows — 10.00 A.M to 8.00 P.M, Monday to Sunday. Individual slots are scheduled around each child's plan and school hours.

  1. 10.00 – 11.00 AM

    Circle Time & Morning Greeting

    Prayer, attendance, calendar and weather talk, name songs — settling children into the day's routine.

  2. 11.00 – 12.00 PM

    Individual Therapy Slot 1

    One-to-one speech, occupational or special education sessions as per each child's IEP goals.

  3. 12.00 – 12.45 PM

    Sensory & Motor Play

    Swings, ball pool, obstacle path, tactile bins and gross motor games for sensory regulation.

  4. 12.45 – 1.30 PM

    Lunch & Self-Help Skills

    Hand washing, feeding, wiping and toileting practice — independence taught through daily living.

  5. 1.30 – 2.15 PM

    Yoga & Relaxation

    Gentle asanas, breathing and quiet time to reset attention for the afternoon.

  6. 2.15 – 3.15 PM

    Individual Therapy Slot 2

    Remedial teaching, behaviour modification or communication therapy depending on the child's plan.

  7. 3.15 – 4.15 PM

    Art, Painting & Craft

    Colouring, clay, collage and Tanjore painting training for the older group.

  8. 4.15 – 5.15 PM

    Group Therapy & Peer Play

    Turn-taking games, pretend play and social stories in small groups.

  9. 5.15 – 6.30 PM

    Prevocational Activity

    Sorting, packing, assembly and simple work tasks for teens and young adults.

  10. 6.30 – 8.00 PM

    Parent Sessions & Home Programme

    Feedback with parents, home activity planning and evening therapy slots for school-going children.
